How You can find
Peace with God
First, acknowledge God as the one who created you
and has exclusive rights to your life:
"This is what the Lord says; your redeemer who
formed you in the womb: I am the Lord who has made all things, who alone stretched out the
heavens, who spread out the earth by myself." Isaiah 44:24
"I am the Lord, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will
strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me, so that from the rising of the sun to
the place of its setting men may know there is none besides me. I am the Lord, and there
is no other. I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster;
I, the Lord, do all these things." Isaiah 45:5-7
Second, admit that there is sin in your life, and
confess it before God:
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory
of God." Romans 3:23
"There is no one righteous, not even one." Romans 3:10
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins,
and cleanse us from all unrighteousness." I John 1:9
Third, believe that God sent Jesus Christ to be the
sacrafice for your sins:
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of
God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever
believes in him might not die, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
Fourth, put your faith in God and receive the gift
of eternal salvation:
"Yet to all who received him, to those who
believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." John 1:12
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith; and this is not of
yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians
2:8-9
